The spring edition of the Yeah Yeah Club connects with the opening night of this year´s jazzahead! at Bremen´s Theater am Goetheplatz on April 13. This renowned music fair and festival is a constantly growing gathering of international Jazzers and Jazzettes. So let the beats and moves of Jens and Gu float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
How does the fashion design process work? And how can fashion be produced and consumed in a way that saves resources and proves to be ecologically sound? The interactive exhibition „use-less: Slow Fashion gegen Verschwendung und hässliche Kleidung“ at Hafenmuseum Speicher XI (Bremen) is being put together by design students of the Hochschule Hannover including a soundtrack by Jens Mahlstedt. The exhibition under the patronage of Vivienne Westwood opens on March 22 at 7pm.

Artist Phil Dobson is presenting his exhibition Light On Light Through at Bremen´s Antiquariat Carola Bintakies from January 10 until February 10. Dobson studied architecture before moving to Fine Art and History of Art at Reading University. If there was one groundbreaking club on a thursday night in Hamburg then rewind to 1988 and the Opera House at Grünspan, Grosse Freiheit, running ten years altogether. Grünspan itself is currently celebrating its 50th anniversary so the original Opera House team will be popping by to congratulate and join the festivities.
